We rented the most expensive room in the hotel and they didn't tell us the A/C didn't work at all. They literally robbed us. And they didn't give us our money back so that we could go to another hotel.

The last visit was very bad. The attention and service was good. What ruined everything was that they made us wait almost an hour sitting for breakfast to be delivered, with dirty dishes from the previous service. The transport had to wait for us. The waiter did not serve us in a timely manner, because customers arrived and he served them first. We were already desperate and spoke to him, but the owner came to defend him, saying that we should let him do his job.... It was clear that he was not They preferred to serve us. They served us very weak scrambled eggs, lukewarm coffee and tasteless juice. It would have been better if we had left on time and had breakfast at the market. The owner seemed very despotic and classist, because he could have taken the opportunity to see the deficiencies of his service and improve his service instead of yelling at us for his bad service. I hope we don't return.

Excellent address, both for accommodation and for eating. Hotel with family tradition for 80 years with really pretty architecture and decoration. 2 blocks from the central square and the cathedral. Certainly the equipment in the rooms is far from new (switches and lighting), but they are clean and very pleasant. The food is very good and the staff are very friendly, and even if the table service is far from fast, I thank them for their attention. The menu has been extended since my last visit in 2021. I particularly appreciated the "fusion" sauce, excellent with the "solomillo". A downside on the ribeye which was not one when it arrived at the table. Boss's mistake, I was told. I was offered not to pay for this dish but, hating thin cuts because it was impossible to get them rare, I preferred to opt for a change of part (back to the solomillo which I had liked so much).
